Way way back many centuries ago...
Well, my blog doesn't quite begin that long ago, but to introduce myself I will have to go a few years back. To be precise, seventeen years, 8 months and seventeen days. Not that I'm counting or anything. But allow me to take you back...all those years...through the lands of Egypt and Canaan, to a small island of the cost of France. The United Kingdom. Great Britain. Britain. England. The UK. Call it what you will but its home.
Once you reach the south coast, please don't waste time lying in the sand and kissing it. Its been done before, and believe me, sand tastes the same anywhere you are. Instead, extend your journey a little further north, to the Midlands. Turn to the west, and you'll arrive at the West Midlands, then onto a not-so-little town where I was born.
'I' am a girl known as Charli/Lottie. I was five weeks early arriving in this world, and I don't intend on being 5 weeks early leaving this world. Infact, i'm doing all I can to condition my body and mind to be late. Late in arriving and late in leaving. The world won't get rid of me until after my time. My hair is light, mousy brown, shoulder length and sometimes a mass of frizzy waves and sometimes gentle curls. Never straight, although I do try my hardest. Recently, my hair has had different colours in it. At the moment, the bottom half of my hair is red. Not bright red, thank God.
Fastforwarding through my childhood -will be re-examined later, I am sure- I have been a Gymnast, Dancer, Basketball player, Hockey Player, Netball Player, Athlete (Long Jump, 100m, 200m and discus), Cheerleader (briefly) Flautist, Swimmer, Trampolininst, DMT(ist?), Young Leader. To anyone who doesnt know me, this sounds like I am either a sports orientated con-artist or someone with commitment issues. Those people who do know me, simply know that I have far to much time on my hands.
But obviously not enough, as my first blog must draw to a close and I must go to bed.
Adios and Goodnight,
